Orders & shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in 7–12 business days with tracking. Standard shipping is free on US orders over $35 and Canadian orders over CA$49; otherwise it's $4.99 / CA$6.99.

Where do you ship from?

Most orders ship from partner warehouses in the US; some items ship from overseas. Delivery time is the same window either way.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show its first scan. You can also use our Track your order page.

My order arrived in two packages — is that normal?

Yes. Multi-item orders sometimes ship separately at no extra cost.

Returns

Can I return something?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number first and we'll send instructions. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong.

What if it arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a free replacement or refund you — usually no return required.

Are there non-returnable items?

For hygiene reasons, sleep masks and eye masks that have been worn can't be returned unless defective.

Do the sleep-mask speakers work for side sleepers?

That's the whole point. The speakers are 4 mm thin and slide inside the band so they sit exactly over your ears without pressure.

Can I wash the sleep mask?

Yes — pop the speakers out, hand-wash or machine-wash the fabric on gentle, air dry.

Does the pillow speaker need an app?

No. White, pink and brown noise are built in. Bluetooth is there if you want your own audio.

Is the acupressure mat safe?

It's a wellness product, not a medical device. It feels intense for the first minute and then relaxing. Don't use it on broken skin, and check with a doctor first if you're pregnant or have a skin condition.
